RULES AND REGULATIONS FOR THE HALL RENTAL
RENTAL HOURS: 9:00 AM TO 1:00 AM. THE HALL MUST BE CLEANED UP IMMEDIATELY AFTER EVENT.
DECORATIONS can be applied only to existing eye bolts, or with tape. Nothing shall be nailed to the walls. Please remove all tape from walls and tables after use.
KITCHEN & UTENSILS are provided for your use. Items may be inventoried before and after the event. You will be responsible for anything missing or damaged. The cost of such items will be deducted from your damage deposit.
TABLE & CHAIRS are NOT allowed to leave the Hall property.
DECK USAGE shall be limited to use by renters only. No horseplay is to be allowed. No vehicles are allowed on SIDEWALK.
NO PARKING on the grass.
RULES CONCERNING HEATING AND COOLING SYSTEM
PLEASE KEEP DOORS AND WINDOWS CLOSED WHEN THE AIR CONDITIONER OR HEATING SYSTEM IS ON.
PLEASE TURN CEILING FANS OFF WHEN THE AIR CONDITIONER IS ON
CLEAN UP
ALL renters will be responsible for leaving the hall clean. Cleaning supplies will be provided. Custodial clean up or repair will be charged as deemed appropriate by the Administration.
MUST: Wipe off tables and chairs before putting away.
MUST: Put all tables and chairs in their proper place.
MUST: Sweep floors, spot clean any spills on the floors. Do not mop.
MUST: Leave kitchen and bathrooms clean and orderly. Leave any used kitchen towels on the kitchen counter.
MUST: Empty all trash (including bathrooms and deck if used). The dumpster behind the Hall (behind the kitchen) is available for your use.
MUST: Clean up lawn and deck areas.
MUST: Turn off all lights and lock all doors before leaving.
MUST: Return key to Clerk’s office OR leave key in slot at the office door.
Please report any issues that may arise concerning operation of the facility.
