RENTER ASSUMES FULL RESPONSIBILITY for any personal injuries and/or property damage which are a result of acts or omissions of the renter or its guests and substantially caused by the activities conducted by the renter and/or it's guests on the premises.
IF THE RENTER ALLOWS ALCOHOL to be served, present and/or consumed on the premises, the renter assumes sole liability for any claims of injuries and/or property damages which are caused by the effects of alcohol.
THE RENTER ACKNOWLEDGES AND AGREES to indemnify and hold harmless the City of Ranier for any injuries or damages caused by the RENTER and/or it's GUESTS.
